Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Returns & Exchanges information

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, however we are accepting returns & exchanges, with some exceptions noted below:

  • 1. Your request must be submitted for return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
  • 2. Item(s) must be sent back in SALEABLE CONDITION (unharmed, not worn, free from odors).
  • 3. Item(s) must be in original packaging with ATTACHED tags.

In a case where the item(s) do not match all these requirements, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

NoNnegative retains the right, at the company’s judgement, to inspect and decide upon the condition of returned products, and their suitability for resale.

We recommend that you use the same shipping method (for any returns), however if you prefer to send back your item(s) to us using a different shipping courier, be sure that returned goods be sent via insured and trackable delivery for your protection.
You will receive an email confirmation once your item(s) has been received.

All returned item(s) will be shipped back to NoNnegative at the customer’s expense.


Once we (NoNnegative) have issued your refund you will receive a notification by email. Please allow 14 business days for your funds to appear in your bank account.

All refunds will be returned by the original form of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


You can change the size of an item that you purchased at no additional cost within 14 days of the delivery date.
