Shipping Policy

General shipping and delivery information

All orders will begin processing within 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated.


Shipments are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of weekends and major Canadian national holidays.


You will receive a shipping confirmation notice by email once your order has been shipped.


Please note that once your order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. we cannot modify the selected shipping address or shipping method.


NoNnegative is unable to combine multiple separate orders into a single shipment.


International shipping methods and costs

The final cost of any shipping rates will be calculated during checkout based on your location, estimated weight and dimensions of your package.


We are not responsible for any additional customs taxes, duties or fees once your package has been dispatched any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Therefore, all charges or fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.


Failed delivery

In an instance where your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect provided shipping information; such as shipping address and\or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (NoNnegative) at the customer’s expense.


In case of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts due to receiver absence your package will be held at a local delivery center for self pick up. If the customer does not pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (NoNnegative) at the customer’s expense.

For international customers, if a receipt of the purchase is declined, the package will be returned to the sender (NoNnegative) at your expense. The expense could include shipping costs and any duty and tax the parcel may have sustained; these costs will be subtracted from the total refund the customer will receive.


Damaged/Opened box

In the case that you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, we ask you to immediately record a photograph of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Finally, you are asked to contact our customer service at
